Ai Astin, a young gravekeeper, ventures deep into the heart of this chaotic world: a tower that grants the fantastical dreams and wishes of all who ascend it, determined to fulfill her duties. “The World Tower” is an independent, full-length animated film based on the Japanese light novel “Sunday Without God”, my favorite childhood novella. This was created as an homage to all our childhoods; a time that deeply shaped our being, made us who we are, and where our dreams were our reality.
